• Door locking – locksmith assistance, small material – limit of CZK 5,000
• Assistance in the case of a natural disaster – security guard, removal services, emergency phone operation
•  Search for substitute premises – limit of CZK 20,000 
• Phone legal assistance – 60 min, twice a year
• Technical support when using technical equipment – remote assistance for PC + software
• Data recovery from data carriers
• Assistance in the event of reputational damage on the Internet – consultancy + technical assistance – limit of CZK 10,000, twice a year
