Uninsurability

Uninsurability means conditions under which insurance is not possible. Actions that could cause damage cannot be insured, and it also includes insurance which is against the law. It is also not possible to get insured when the amount of losses is so high that the insurance company cannot assume the risk. Last but not least, there is the element of fashion, as a change in trends may lead to an impossibility to sell an insurance product. The last point why an insurance policy cannot be taken out is the situation when the risk is too high and it cannot be exactly calculated.
