With regard to the provisions of Section 44b, par. 6 and 3 of Act No. 93/2009 Coll., the insurance company does not have to set up an Audit Committee. The Supervisory Board performs the role of the Audit Committee.

Antonín Nekvida graduated from Technical University in Brno. He has several years of experience in insurance. Among other projects, he was involved in the merger of Česká poisťovna Slovensko and Generali Slovensko.
